Issues with KE6485 Configure Meaurement.vi

I have a KE6487 and I am programming it via GPIB interface and LabVIEW. I am running some example files from NI/Keithley and the GPIB interface is working. When I want to run "KE6485 Configure Meaurement.vi", it gives these two errors:

Driver Status: (Hex 0xBFFA0010) Invalid value for parameter or property.

Secondary Error: (Hex 0xBFFC0002) Parameter 2 out of range, or error occurred while setting Parameter 2.

Elaboration: Measurement Function

At the front panel, I tried to set various values for range and resolution but no success. Could somebody help to fix this issue?

Have you verified whether the property or parameter you're configuring is supported by the instrument?
