Hello,
I know this is more of a Keithley question, but I am not receiving any feedback. I feel that many control engineering can help me with this.
I have the 6221 DC/AC Current Source and a 2182A Nanovoltmeter reading voltage drops in Delta Mode. I have setup the configuration so the reversing DC current from the 6221 runs infinitely while the 2182 reads and stores the values in the 6221 buffer. The buffer is limited to 20 readings. The reason for this is because I want to flush the buffer after every 20 readings while the 6221 runs infinitely.
The issue here is that after the first iteration and flush the buffer is never written to again, while the 6221 runs.
The flow of SCPI commands is as follows:
-setup parameters
-arm and initiate
loop
check if buffer is reached 20 readings
if above is true
-stop trace buffer
-read trace buffer
-clear trace buffer
-start trace buffer
end if
end loop
I have been stuck on this for quiet a while so any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
Danny

Have you tried Keithley's tech support?

Yeah,
I haven't gotten a response for a week now.
