Keithley 4200- GPIB - agilent 81110a pulse generator

Hello,

I'm a master student and majored in PCM(phase change memory).

Now, I have several instrument: Keithley 4200, GPIB, Agilent 81110a pulse generator for PCM measurement.

I need a program that Keithley 4200 controls Agilent pulse generator.

My task is, firstly, measure PCM device current with low DC sweep by Keithley; second, connect PCM device to pulse generator with SMU and apply a voltage pulse with short pulse width to the PCM device; third, connect PCM device to Keithley and measure the current with low DC sweep again.

And repeat the task by increasing the pulse voltage or width.

I need this kind of program code. Could anyone help me??? Is there anyone who have this kind of code or similar code may help me????

Are you actually using LabVIEW?
