LV 2.0 (1992)

No laughing...

I have in my hands a complete LV2.0 with SCSI GPIB adaptor.  I have my trusty HP54600, HP3438, HP6334, and 8656B.  

This is for all you that have been around using LV for a couple decades. (I never used it back then, I used a VAX control system to run test equipment) who out there has the Instrument drivers for any of the listed pieces of test equipment that is compatible with 2.0.

Seriously?  I don't think you will find instrument drivers for those instruments that will run in LV2.0. Did they even make drivers that early?  

But all of that hardware can be attached to a newer PC running a newer version of LabVIEW and you can use the instrument drivers available. 

Alternately if you want the challenge, the programming commands for those instruments are available in the manuals and you can make your own drivers.  In fact the manuals back in the day had nice examples that covered most use cases so it should be pretty straight forward.

If you do get it running post a picture of the code!

It’s more of just a challenge to kill time as well as maybe get some use out of it.  It’s running on an old Mac also.  

I have all all the manuals for the test equipment so writing code from scratch is an option.  I never used LV we used Digital VAX equipment to run the test equipment in the 90s where I worked so I figured I would give this a whirl to see what I was missing.
