LeCroy VICP Passport on Labview .EXE

Hi there, 

A VI using Lecroy's VICP passport to control a WaveRunner is working fine. However, the executable built based on the same VI doesn't communicate with the WaveRunner. Note: I ran the .exe in the same computer I ran the VI. (VI Passport setup with NI Max and so on).

I need the flexibility to run the VI on computers without a labview license. Do I need to add the LeCroy VICP dll to the dependencies? Is this the only dll that needs to be added to get the .exe to run as the VI does?

This is best addressed by LeCroy support as they know how their VICP passport works.
