Thanks a lot .Actaully my main problem is to make an IV curve and get the data from thr buffer. Do you have any IV curve program?

Download the Keithley driver from - https://www.tek.com/source-measure-units/2450-software-11
Under examples, look at "Sweep and Acquire Measurements.vi"

I tried to run Sweep and Acquire Measurements.vi but I can't. Your IV test works but I cannot run any of the other programs, I got errors about configurations of ranges

You should start a new thread since its obviously a new question.
What values are you trying to use? The K2450 does have sourcing limits you need to be aware of .. https://www.tek.com/sites/default/files/media/media/resources/1KW-60904-0_2450_DataSheet_0.pdf
You can source up to 20V/1A, but above 20V the maximum source current is 100mA. Make sure you set the compliance to 100mA if you try to sweep past 20V. See the above spec sheet.
Cheers.

It doesn't matter what values limit level, delay or speed I use, It seems to be an autorange configuration issue

Start a new post and explain what you are trying to do explicitly.
Show the error messages you get, or the debug traces of the strings sent to the instrument and report actual settings.
Without more info we can't do much to help.
