Go to the Instrument Driver Network and do a search for the actual model number that you have There is a 4416 and 4417 (single and dual channel).

Actualy, it looks like the same driver is used for both.

I downloaded that driver and I havent been able to figure out how to put the meter in peak to peak average ratio mode.  Is it in the driver and Im missing it?

Check the Configure menu and see if it's in there anywhere. If it isn't and you know the command you need to send, you can just use a VISA Write function to write that command to the instrument.
