MAX can not find instruments, ports, installed softwares

MAX can not find instruments, ports, installed softwares.

But labview, visa works fine.

Hi Toronto Transit,

I suggest reinstalling/installing the latest version of VISA.  You can download it from here.  This may fix the problem and get you up to date on the versions of MAX and VISA.  Let me know if you are still having trouble after a reinstall of the drivers.
