MAX cannot locate wireless sensor node despite node showing a full signal

I added a new node to my wireless sensor network and after i have been having issues with nodes that werent changed during my update.  i redeployed all of the gateways, and restarted them via max but i still cannot gain communication in max despite the node showing full signal.  i also tried removing the node from the project and from max and reestablishing communication, but that did not work

1. Which WSN node are you adding to the network?

2. What WSN gateway are you attempting to connect to?

3. Can you post a screenshot of the node(s) connected to the gatway you are trying to connect to?
