I suggest that you follow the instructions within the error window (of picture file) - exactly. So, visit ni.com/info and enter the Info Code MaxKnownException. In the future, you could click on the button at the lower right of the error popup "Visit ni.com/info" and it will send you there. Follow the instructions provided.
