Hi,
I need to automate a coffee roasting machine. The machine is GAS heated and it has three motors used for rotating the drum, mixing the coffee, and for cooling. Would you please recommend to me what PLC, Relays, Sensors are more suitable for my purpose? Also, since the machine has a peephole that shows the coffee while roasting i would like to install a photosensor that can dedetct a predefined color and trigers the end of roasting.

I agree with henrik in that a Compact Fieldpoint set up of some kind would be best, however the best thing would be to talk to a technical sales representative.  You can contact one by calling (888) 280-7645.  Also, I noticed you created three service requests in three different forums.  For future reference you only need to post to one forum or create one service request for an issue and it will be routed to the correct people.  This will prevent multiple people from working on the same issue without knowing it.
