Hello.
We are using GPIB ENET/100 interface with Macintosh computers, running Snow or Lion (10.6.8 or 10.7.3), all on the same network.
All computers are installed successfully with NI-488.2 3.0.1 - Mac OS X.
There is no issue with machines running Snow (10.6.8).
For Lion machines however, "NI-488.2 Troubleshooting Wizard" always fail the last test step "GPIB Interfaces Sequentially Verified", associated with an "Unknown NI-488.2 Software Error". The "Interactive Control" tool is functional, we can control intruments entering commands manually (at least ibfind/ibwrt/ibrd work).
We are developping application with XCode/Cocoa and the NI488 framework.
Again no issues under Snow (10.6.8), but the same app compiled for Lion (10.7.3) crashes from time to time at launch time before any call to ni488 functions is made.
Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance.
Rene.

Hi,
May be you can check what's wrong using NI I/O Trace as described in the following link (see the step GPIB Interfaces Sequentially Verified) : http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/8311FFF18B5308ED86256C0200653B3B?OpenDocument
