NI MAX Not Found Agilent 53131A

I am currently using GPIB-USB-HS

Installation software are:
1. NI-488.2 14.0.0
2. Keysight IOLibSuite_17_1_19313

NI MAX can not found Agilent 53131A

Anything missing?

The first thing to do its check that the instrument itself is enabled for GPIB and not something else.

Secondly, why install the IO suite? Not required.
