NI PXI-7350 and a phytron two phase stepper motor help

I'm using a NI PXI-7350 to try to get a phytron two phase stepper motor to run. I have it all connected using an NI board Phytron CCD and and a Phytron power supply. I was wondering if there was any help out there to get me started on a something. I am an intern at NASA Langley and have just been throw into the fire to get this to start. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys!
