Hi Ilya,

I realized that I did not have the RFSG driver installed on the two Windows XP SP3 test machines I used which is why the NI-SPY window was not populated.  After installing NI-RFSG on the test machine I was able to open the NI-SPY file without any trouble and see the warning details:

So at this point I have not been able to reproduce the error you are experiencing on any of our test machines. If I can't reproduce the error here then there is not much I can do to probe it and try finding the source of the problem.  Have you had any better luck using a different, non-Windows XP SP3 machine?
