NI-VISA 5.3 installation fails under OpenSUSE 12.3

I am trying to install NI-VISA 5.3 under OpenSUSE 12.3. This is a fresh installation of OpenSUSE. No other NI products have been installed on this box before.

When I run the Install script I get these error messages:

 I have not found yet why these conflicts occur and what they mean. Can someone please help me to fix this issue?
