NI sbRIO Ethernet connection

Just start using NI sbRIO-9642. The problem is occured when connect with PC as following:

The card is always can't be configured by PC.

Am I missing some steps of setting?

do you check the IP addreses of your PC have the same domain as of your SBRIO address. like if PC have 192.168.1.2 then your sbrio should have 192.168.1.x the x means that this value can be changed.

thourghly check your ip settings of PC as well as on MAX also for the sbrio.

if it do not help then install the drivers/software  for sbrio again.

After connected with the router, PC has 192.168.1.6, the router can't show the address of sbRIO, the address of sbRIO can't be read;

If connect PC and sbRIO directly, IP of sbRIO maybe is 0.0.0.0, so I tried to pin and as shown below:

Finally, I tried to set the IP address of sbRIO which is presented in the User Guide of sbRIO-9642, I failed again.

So, how to solve this problem?
