Orbit FR 4806 Position Controller

Does anybody have a VI for the Orbit FR AL-4806-3A?  I have a few miscellaneous instruments in a test where I use LabVIEW to control them.  I cannot seem to find a driver for the AL-4806-3A though. 

I am assuming the driver for a 4906 or 4706 would work just fine with it.

I was unable to find an instrument driver for the Orbit FR AL-4806-3A device on our instrument driver network, so unfortunately it looks like we'll be unable to support you with a specific driver. However, in looking at the spec sheet for the device, it looks like you should be able to communicate with it using GPIB. Our NI-VISA and NI-488.2 drivers give you the ability to send commands to a GPIB device, so you might want to start there.

I'm not entirely sure if the 4906 or 4706 drivers will be fully compatible with this device. Again, I was unable to find those drivers on our instrument driver network, so you might want to get in contact with Orbit for support. Otherwise, you'll have to wait and see if any of our customers have used LabVIEW and this device before.
