P70530 Stepper Driver - COM Setup Problem; Driver Not Recognized

I am trying to connect a Third Party Motor with the P70530 Stepper Driver. I have read the manual and selected the appropriate DIP switches for the third party motor setting. As instructed I downloaded the P7000 Tools 2.11 to set up the motor with the driver. When I open it and try to search for the driver nothing is located. I have appropriately changed the COM settings in the device manager to the appropriate values and also I am seeing the steady green light on the driver. I do not know what the issue is.

Do you have VISA driver installed?

If you are connnecting a third party device with LabVIEW, you'll need to download VISA.
