PCMCIA-232/4 IRQ

i recently bought a NI PCMCIA rs232/4 card and there is a resource conflict between the assigned COM ports.

I rired this link "http://forums.ni.com/t5/Multifunction-DAQ/Error-200284-with-DAQCard-6024E-on-Dell-Latitude-E5510-und..." but it did not worked for me. 

I am using DELL Latitude E6410 laptop with windows XP professional SP3 and here are the conflict details.

As shownbelow  the "Generic Card bus controllle" does not have any conflicts

Here is the conflict when i open the Resource tab for any of the COM

Now what i need to do to resolve this?
