PXI-8433 serial card not visible in MAX

I have a running remote PXI system using RT, but now I need to connect it to some new remote instruments on 2-wire RS-485 system at a custom baud rate of 40,960.

Selected the NI PXI-8433/4 4-Port, 2000 V Isolated, PXI Serial Interface for RS485/422.

Inserted the PXI-8433 card but MAX, talking to the remote processor, does not find the card. Same problem with a second PXI-8433 card in a second remote RT system.

I'm guessing I don't have proper card driver software installed into remote processor, so I have attached a screen shot of MAX showing the software installed into the remote processor.

Does anyone have a suggestion for the next move here? Thanks,

Hi Jerry,
The card itself will not show up.  You will just be adding COM ports under "Ports (Serial & Parallel).  To add the new additional COM ports right click on Ports and click "Create New Port."
