Problem to communicate with an instrument via GPIB USB B

Hi,

I have a problem to communicate with an instrument in particular via a GPIB USB B interface (a Coherent wavemeter).
I have already succeeded to communicate with this instrument and to use a Labview programme but, since a few day ,it doesn't work  and I don't understand why ?

The GPIB USB B is well detected by Measurement and Automation but when I power on the device and when I scan for instruments nothing happens.
I try with other instruments like a Tektroniks oscilloscope and a Keithley multimeter and it works. The devices are well detected with a GPIB adress and I can communicate with its.

I don't understand why I have succeeded to communicate with this instrument before and today it suddenly doesn't work.
Are there solutions to solve this problem ?

Hello Laurent,

Try to remember what could have changed.

I find something about unsuccessful scan ("Instrument Not Found" When Scanning for a Valid GPIB Instrument😞 check adresses of your GPIB-USB-B and of your instrument and make sure there is no conflicts (by default, National Instruments GPIB hardware are set to adress 0).

Cordially,
