Problems of getting VISA in evaluation version

Hi all, i am very new of using GPIB to control instrument (Agilent E4438). I am using the evaluate version of LabView2010 and I am try to acess the example file given by the agilent. When i am trying to communicate the instrument via NI explorer, it shows positive result, but when i perform in LabView session, when i refresh on it, it seems doesnt give me any response hence I can turn on the equipment. May i know is it the evaluation limits the controlling of the instrument? Thanks.

evaluation has no limits except that it is shown on the frontpanel.

You probably do not have the correct addressing.
