Hello,
I am having problems with the DSO1000 PnP driver when used with the DSO1022A digitizing oscilloscope from Agilent. The example programs do not work. They all time out when transferring data with the exception of the "Agilent DSO1000 Series Transfer Current Waveform" example. My scope is correctly recognized as a USBTMC device and I can communicate via VISA but the driver is all but useless.
The ag1000ni IVI driver also fails to work correctly in LabVIEW Signal Express.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Nzah

Can you please indicate what version of firmware your scope has?

I updated the firmware with the latest one from the Agilent website several days ago. Firmware version is: 011.04.00.04.06
Thanks,

Hello,
We were able to reproduce the issue. We have only seen the issue with the latest version of the firmware (011.04.00.04.06) and we will be working with Agilent to try to resolve the issue.

I have actually observed the same issue with the ...04 version of firmware as well.

Hello Albert,
Thanks for noticing that. We will certainly update the documented version of the driver in the readme file and other locations. Initial customer testing is indicating that the updates are working. I look forward to hearing from more people testing the updated driver.
Thank you,
NathanT

Hi Dear
I try to use attached examples that you send, but while I try run them some sub.vi can not be found or loaded by Labview, and Labview asked me to find them, could you help me how I do come up with this problem?
Thanks
Masih

There is nothing missing. Since you have not provided the necessary information as to what VIs you are being prompted to find, I can only speculate that you installed the driver in the wrong location. Under instr.lib, you should have a folder called 'Agilent DSO1000 Series' with the lvlib, lvproj, and the public, priveate, and examples folders.
