RS-232 Interface

I am using labview 8.5 and i want interface RS-232 with Labview. It is possible or not. If possible how to interface RS-232 with labview.

My problem:

I have RS-232 input in my project i want the o/p will indicate in Labview.

Yes, of course it is possible. Look at the example VIs called "Basic Serial Write and Read" and "Advanced Serial Write and Read". There have also been hundreds of posts on the subject - either RS232 or Serial. You'll find numerous code examples.
