RS-423 Level Discretes

I need to send and receive several RS-423 level discrete signals. I know I can configure a RS-422 port to receive the signal levels, but can I set it up using LabView to receive a discrete signal rather than a data stream?
Also, is there any way I can output RS-423 level discretes?

I do not think this is possible with standard hardware.

You may be able to do this using a high speed DIO line and the appropriate signal conditioning.
