for the problem you are experiencing I suggest you to use (if possible)
an utility that permits to detect which are the commands executed at a
low level, so to understand better what's going on. So, if you are using
Windows 95/98/NT you can run NI-Spy before running your application.
In this way you can capture all the low level commands that are sent on
the GPIB bus, so to detect what's happening when you are not able to
read properly the data from the Fluke.
If you are using an O.S. different from Windows, then you should try to
execute the ibic commands interactively, and see if it is possible to
reproduce the problem in ibic.
