I am totally new user for labview.
I am trying to design power supply from third party driver name hameg power supply 4040.
I got driver online and I made all the setting which required for Rs232 cable to connect with pc to device.
I got the error -1074003951 occurred at HMP4040.lvlib:Initialize.vi
then I tried to run my initialize.vi separately in that i got error of time out during Visa read that but i did change which is given http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/874B379E24C0A0D686256FCF007A6EA0 in this website,is it ok if i did so or not?
after then I solved the problem in visa read but still I am getting error ID instrument query that means drivers are not respond to devise.
can you tell me what i have to do to solve this problem.
and here I am attach some screen shots so you can easily understand the problem.
attachment 1: error page 1 is my old one which is already given in web from hameg in that I got visa read error.
attachment 2: error page 2 is change according to mension website and i remove the error from visa read.
attachment 3:now i am facing error from Id instrument query.
