        Actually i don't know much about GPS system... this is the first time i'm using GPS... and till the time i didn't get the GPS receiver... i'll ask my project manager about it... but is it possible to use a common vi....?

Before anyone can answer your question, you will need to provide some details. For example, what is the connection between the GPS and the PC? Is it RS232, USB RAW, USB that emulates RS232, something else?

i am doing a project on Automated Car, and we are using the Starter kit 1.0 dani and also the parallax  PMB-248 gps reciever. So i was trying to connect the GPS reciever with computer using serial port with help of TTLtoRS232 connector and trying to Run this , Read GPs time position .vi but it is showing the error- 1073807339.

i am not able to get any solution for it.can u plz help me.
