After the execution of :SENS1:CORR:COLL:THRU 1,2, the device does not execute this instruction as it should.

Is that a screen shot of the instrument? Sending SCPI commands might not necessarily show as updated on the running software. Some instruments require a completely different operating mode before they listen to SCPI commands.
Here's a few things you can try.
- Sendi the :SENS1:CORR:COLL:THRU 1,2 and then checking the status with the equivalent query. :SENS1:CORR:COLL:THRU 1,2? (not sure that's the exact format, just an example!!).
- Send other commands, like a PRESET or :READ? to see if they have any effect on the instrument

I found the solution on a sample document "E5071C to E5080B Code Migration.pdf", and after executing this command, then reversing the parameters to execute one side of this command, it works. Quite strange, but forget it.
