I am trying to use SPI commands and the DIO lines int eh same script but so far I have to disconnect from one method then connect the other method(and back and forth). Can I make one connection and talk to both SPI lines and the DIO lines. IF so how? I have seen something for Labview but not MatLab.. Thanks
