Second connected gpib-usb-b is not detected by Max

Hi,

I have the problem.

I have LabView 2011, NI-Visa - 5.1, NI-488.2 - 2.81, Windows 7, 64.

When I'm connecting to my Laptop one GPIB-USB-HS and one GPIB-USB-B adapters then all adapters are detected in MAX.

If I'm connecting two GPIB-USB-B then adapter that was first connected will be detected only.

Second connected Adapter is not detected.

I have tried Reset configuration data, but I've got no result.

Remark:

I've found that all GPIB-USB-B adapters, that I have, have the same serial number.

So after connecting of second adapter the first one is not seen more.

Hi,

GPIB-USB-B only works with NI-488.2 version 2.0 and later.

Did you try it with the latest driver version?

What is the serial number of USB-GPIB-HS and USB-GPIB-B ?

For the USB-GPIB-HS

check Device Manager.

1. Right-click on the USB Device and select Properties.
2. Select the Details tab near the top of the dialog.
3. Select Hardware Ids from the drop down box.

What is the number next to Pid_  ?
