When I run Software Diagnostics it fails on line 54 - ibonl 0. Could you please give any insight as to why this might fail. In the Interactive window, ibonl 1 works properly, however ibonl 0 fails. Thank you for any help.

Error ENEB: The interface is not installed or is not properly configured.
