Support for GPIB/Enet 100 w/ GPIB-PCI under WINNT/WIN2K/WINXP

I have asked this question before but will do so again since receiving my First Quarter 2002 Instrumentation Newsletter.

Three articles cover/depict the GPIB/Enet 100.
pg 8 Take Measurements to Web with Labview
pg 15 Wireless GPIB Instantly with GPIB/Enet 100
pg 16 Transform Your Instrument from GPIB Enet or USB

Yet there has been little effort to create a driver to support interfacing to the GPIB/Enet 100 with a WINXP/WIN2K/WINNT OS computer that already has a GPIB-PCI card present.

Dont get me wrong but I enjoy NI products and services. Its seems odd to promote it so much
yet have limitations in its use.
