where can i get some reference documents for modifying the LabWindow5.5 vxipnp.inf script file. I know its from 3rd party but how to get documents or help for understanding the script and updating /modifying it for specific use.

Hello

Since this file wasn't really supposed to be modified, Im afraid you wont find a set of documents that would describe the syntax on the inf file.
