TDS2014B Read Waveform

I have a problem with the driver tktds1k2k I use to connect the TDS2014B oscilloscope. I can run other services (initialization, setting the channels, etc.) But if you want to accomplish reading a chart using the program Getting Started tktds1k2k error pops up and none 1074126845 chart does not show on the screen (a screenshot).

Does someone can help me?

Hello Sherkan,

       Do you have a signal connected to the input channel?  Most scopes have a square wave reference signal that is great to use.  A great resource for instrument drivers is the Instrument Driver Troubleshooting Guide.

I have no signal connected to input channel, but this is not problem. My problem is that the program throws error which I do not know where it comes from and I can not continue to work. As shown in screenshot error pops up "exceded maximum time before the operation completed". Other programs form driver tktds1k2k are working correct.

If you are running a program to acquire a signal (and it looks like a triggered signal) and you have no input and therefore no trigger happens, then it would seem to me that there would be no way for the acquisition to complete and the error is being precise about the problem. Connect an actual signal as suggested, set an appropriate trigger level, and try it again.
