I am trying to use LabView to read in data from serial port and use Labview as a GUI. The GUI will be used to display telemetry data from a UAV and if possible diplay location on map.
thanks

reading in serial data is easy, especially when an instrument driver is available.
Displaying it on a map, I would use the picture control as the background map.
You can read in any jpeg or png picture that way.
