Tek 2024 Control

1. I have a Tek 2024 which I need to control.  I am new to Labview.  Can I control this instrument with the Basic Labview or do I need to purchase other software.  If I need to purchase other software how much expense am I looking at.  I have an installed GPIB card in my computer and can presently communicate with it (slowly) using my Tek Open Choice software.

If you have LabVIEW 8 you better download from

a project style driver is much nicer but only available in version 8
