USB-GPIB-HS lights

Can someone please post the meaning of the READY and ACTIVE LEDs that are on the USB-GPIB-HS?  I've been getting timeout error codes when trying to clear (viClear) the connected test equipment.  I've noticed that the READY light is an amber color which it is normally green.  I didn't know what this means.

Ready

...Green .......USB full-speed

...Amber ......Hi-Speed USB

Active

...Green .......Device active
