USBTMC device not showing up in NI MAX

My USBTMC device doesn't  show up in NI MAX, under the Devices and Interfaces-->usb.

The USBTMC device uses the NI VISA driver. I checked in windows device manager to confirm it.

The usb device installs properly but doesn't show up in NI Max. 

 Any suggestions?

I read the usbtmc on NI description before posting.  The second thread in your link didn't really help. It points the finger at vista.

Any other suggestions?

Check if your USBTMC device is hosted by the correct driver. Go to Control Panel --> Device Manager then confirm the name "USB Test and Measurement Device" is shown and its "Driver Details" info says Microsoft's WINUSB.SYS is hosting the device. 

Also check if your NI-MAX option setting for VISA Passport.  The passport setting for USB device must be enabled in order to show the devices.

Makoto, the device is hosted by winusb.sys(driver provide is NI) and I have enabled passport option in VISA.
