Unable to load DLL 'Visa32.Dll'

I have installed NIVisa 5.0.3 the full package and I am getting the error Unable to load DLL 'Visa32.Dll' when I try to create a Visa session.

The resource I am trying to communicate with is there and I can communicate with it using Measurement & Automation. Visa32.dll is in System32 directory.

I am usiing Windows 7.

I also have NI 488.2 v. 2.8.1 (but I don't know if this makes a difference)

I'm stumped....

This is corrected.

I uninstalled and reinstalled NI Visa as well as other components and it now works.
