Updated ag663xxa driver

There is a newer version, 2.2, of the ag663xxa IVI driver (for the Agilent 66309B supply, among others.) There's no indication on the web-site of what has changed with this version.

It looks like an ugly install, with a new IVI Toolset required as well. I don't want to do it and risk instability unless I know that this driver version will fix my problems.

What has changed with this release?

Attached please find the modification history. All IVI Specific drivers are updated to comply with the latest IVI Foundation specifications (including the installers). If you want to learn more about the changes introduced in the IVI Compliance Package, refer to the ICP Release Notes.
