Using GPIB-PCIe with VB7.1

I have a program that was developed using a GPIB-PCIe board using VB4. I am attempting to update the system using a new PC running Windows 11 and a new GPIB-PCIe board. I cannot use the VBIB32 file that was used on the original program, since Windows 11 is 64-bit. What must I do to use the GPIB-PCIe board with Windows 11 and "Visual Basic for Applications 7.1"?
