Using an ISA GPIB-PCIIA via LabVIEW 5.1

i'm not using the lab view, i have to do some test, that's why i want to install the card to windows 95/98,

it's ask the drivers, pls support  to me.

The drivers can be found by clicking on the 'Support' link at the top of the page. For your old card and OS, according to this, the latest version of NI-488 you can use is 1.7. On that page, it says the driver is not available for download. There is a link on that page where you can request it though.
