I am trying to control the CS8900 LN2 CRYOSTAT (BIO-RAD, 90K - 500K) using labview and a gpib.

I am a beginner in labview, so if anyone has some usefully information’s or examples I will appreciate de help.

Hello,
you should look on the Instrument Driver Network to see if a driver is available. If not, you should developp you own VIs to communicate with your Instrument using the VISA VIs to initialize a GPIB communication. to do that you must have the instructions set of your instrument. Please look the examples shipped with LV for GPIB communication Model. You can use the Express VI named I/O Instrument Assistant to communicate with your instrument.

I dont have the  driver for this  equipment. I will try to developp a VIs like you said, but if anyone has done this work before, I appreciate the help.
