VISA Driver for TPO4300 Temptronic

Hello all,

in my lab I have an X-stream TPO4300 to controll the temperature on my device. I want to controll it by GPIB interface, but there aren't any driver on ni.com site.

Can you help me?

Which programming language are you using?  We are currently developing a LabVIEW Plug and Play driver for the Temptronic TP03000 ThermoChuck.  You may be able to try it and modify commands as appropriate.  The driver should be available on the Instrument Driver Network (ni.com/idnet) within the next week.

At the least, this driver should assist you with sending your specific TP04300 commands to the instrument.

I wonder if anyone has tried the TP04300 labview driver posted on NI on May1-2007. I cannot get it run because the driver needs TP04300_GPB_32.DLL file but was not included in the zip file.

The driver will be updated to include the dll. Attaching the zip file with the dll.

I want to drive tp04300 in c#.

I download the TP04300 Labwindow/CVI driver, and use .NET Instrument Driver wizard to create c# wrapper class according to the fp file "TP04300_GPB.FP".

In the generated c# wrapper class, it use a TP04300_32.dll, but I couldn't find the dll.

Could some one give me a help?

I am in need of a driver or set of commands for TP03000. I can't find the programming set for controlling this thermo chuck. If somebody has a VI or programming commands or LabVIEW driver, please share. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I am using "X-stream TPO4300" and tried to use NI Driver "Temptronic TP04300". But driver is giving timeout error. IDN query alone giving output says "X-Stream (TPO4300) Temptroinc Corp". Remaining all VISA read VIs giving Timeout error. Could someone help me on this. Kindly let me know the proper driver to configure "X-Stream TPO4300" instrument.
