Hello,
I could not find a driver for that instrument either. If you don't have an instrument driver, you can always try using the Instrument I/O Assistant (uses VISA) or the NI-VISA API, both in LabVIEW. All you need is the command set for your instrument and most of the time you can communicate with the instrument successfully. If your instrument is Serial, there are a number of examples in the LabVIEW example finder that can get you going. If your instrument is GPIB, check this example out.
