Hi,

SICL only supports HP interfaces. SICL is the low level driver to control HP 488.2 interfaces. For National Instruments interfaces the required driver is NI-488.2.

Both NI and HP support the API (with NI-VISA and HP-VISA). If your application is using VISA (HP-VISA) to control the HP interface, you can switch to NI interfaces using NI-VISA. The API is the same, so there is no need to change the existing code.
