Good morning,

I try to configure a NI PCI-5105.

I programme in Labview. But for the IVIscope initialize.vi we need a logical name.

In MAX we can create Logicals Names. But how to be sure that the name I create corresponding to my NI PCI-5105:"Dev2" ??

the version on Ni-scope is 3.4.

The configured name should appear on the control on the front panel.

this is ok, but the matter is that I'm obtain an error message, when the vi is running.

the hardware configuration seems right but the vi doesn't recognize the device !!

Hello Florent,
          It looks like you need to use the DAQmx name of your cards instead of the VISA name.  Please see this KB for more details.  You will have to type it in and cannot use the PXI name from the drop-down menu.

You're right, I use a DAQmX nam and the device is recognize.
