I'm sorry I'm very slow of getting all of this but can you give me an example in .vi what I must do first to do this? I search in SPI Digital Waveform Reference Library discussion for a similar goal but I do't seem to find it 😞

Try changing your Digital Write to Digital 1D U32 1Chan NSamp. When you select Polymorphic type the menu chain is Digital >> Single Channel >> Multiple Samples >> 1D U32 (port format).  I do not have DAQmx so the details might be slightly different

The image below shows a modification to a portion of your AD8402.vi.
